A court granted an injunction sought by members of The Boyz to suspend their exclusive contracts with their agency, IST Entertainment.

The Boyz, through legal representative Yulchon, stated that none of the members have received any payments to date and disputed One Hundred Label's claim that all payments had been settled, noting outstanding settlement amounts for the third and fourth quarters of 2025.

The legal representative for nine THE BOYZ members issued an official statement refuting ONE HUNDRED's claims that the members had been paid, amid the members' demand for contract termination from the agency.

Nine THE BOYZ members — Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric — filed a criminal complaint accusing ONE HUNDRED CEO Cha Ga Won of embezzlement.

Despite the contract termination notice, the nine members said they are still planning to move ahead with The Boyz's concert scheduled for April 2026.

Nine members of The Boyz (excluding New) notified their agency, One Hundred Label, on Feb. 10, 2026 that they were ending their exclusive contracts, citing "serious violations" and an "irreparable breakdown" of trust; One Hundred Label later said it cannot accept the notice.

The Boyz notified their agency One Hundred of the termination of their exclusive contracts on Feb. 10, citing unpaid settlement payments and "material breaches of the exclusive agreement and an irreparable breakdown of trust," according to law firm Yulchon. Eric sustained a knee injury during the first night of THE BOYZ's "INTER-ZECTION" concert in Seoul. Production company The Bright World released a statement on April 25 that Eric reposted on his personal X account; the statement explained he had suffered a knee injury and Eric shared an update ahead of the group's next show.
