- Je-won (제원) is the leader and a vocalist of NINE.i. Born Woo Je-won on November 28, 1998, he is known for his strong leadership, warm personality, and dedication to both his group and fans. Before debuting with NINE.i on March 30, 2022, Je-won spent years training under multiple companies, including Around Us Entertainment and First One Entertainment, and even trained alongside the members of OnlyOneOf. He also appeared on Produce X 101, where he gained attention for his talent and determination. Often described as the "mom" of the group, Je-won is an excellent cook and frequently prepares meals for the members. During high school, he served as class president for three years, showcasing the leadership skills that would later earn him the role of NINE.i's leader. A former backup dancer for BTS, he brings both experience and passion to the stage. Inspired by Minhyun of NU'EST, Je-won's goal is to lead NINE.i to a first-place win on a Korean music show.
