Men’s Division: V vs. Kang Daniel Women’s Division: TWICE vs. BLACKPINK “Showdown” Forbes Korea is currently conducting voting through the global fandom platform Idol Champ app to select the winners of the 9th FKA (Forbes Korea K-Pop Awards): The Best Stars (K-Pop Idols) Who Heated Up the Latter Half of the Year. Voting runs until December 14. The top five teams from the preliminary round (November 25–December 4) advance to the final round (December 5–14), where they compete for the championship. The five finalists in the men’s category are V, Kang Daniel, PLAVE, Stray Kids, and J-Hope. As of December 9—five days before the final vote closes—V and Kang Daniel are in a fierce race, with V leading by 2,816 votes. The ranking for the women’s idols is difficult to predict. During the preliminary round, TWICE, BLACKPINK, fromis_9, HEARTS2HEARTS, and OH MY GIRL repeatedly swapped positions. Currently, TWICE is in first place, followed by BLACKPINK in second place with a 1,209-vote difference. fromis_9, HEARTS2HEARTS, and OH MY GIRL are close behind. The final winner will receive the FKA trophy, and the victory feature will be published in the January 2026 issue of Forbes Korea magazine.
