Kpop Visage Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Mannacor, LLC (“Kpop Visage,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you access or use kpopvisage.com, visagehub.com, and related sub-domains, pages, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Summary of key points
- Analyzer uploads are not retained. Photos you upload to run an analyzer are processed and deleted immediately after results are generated.
- No biometric identifiers or facial templates are stored from analyzer uploads.
- Public or shared content is stored. If you intentionally post or share content on the site, including images, feed posts, comments, chat messages, and profile content, we store it so it can be displayed and delivered through the Services.
- Purchase and transaction data may be processed. If you buy a product or paid feature, we and our service providers may process transaction-related information needed to complete and support that purchase.
- We do not sell personal information for money. However, like many online services, we may use third-party advertising, analytics, or similar technologies that could be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights described below.
2. Important: We do not keep your uploaded analyzer photos
When you upload a photo to use an analyzer (for example, face matching or beauty analysis), the photo is transmitted over an encrypted connection, processed to generate results, and then permanently deleted immediately after results are generated.
We do not store user-uploaded analyzer photos. We do not use analyzer uploads for model training or model improvement. No biometric identifiers or facial templates are stored from analyzer uploads.
Operational note: During processing, an uploaded image may exist briefly in memory or transient storage strictly as needed to produce results, maintain service stability, and help prevent abuse or misuse (for example, rate limiting, blocking malicious traffic, or detecting automated abuse). These transient copies are not retained after processing completes.
Analyzer results are automated outputs generated from the image you choose to submit. They are provided as a feature of the Services and are not used to make legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or similarly significant decisions about you.
3. Content you choose to share publicly
The Services include community and social features where you may choose to post or share content, including images, messages, comments, reactions, profile content, game submissions, and other interactions (“User Content”). If you post User Content publicly or share it with others through the Services, you understand that it may be visible to other users.
Storage of shared images and posts: If you explicitly share an image or other User Content on the site (for example, in a profile, feed post, chat message, or comment), we store that content and related metadata so it can be displayed, moderated, delivered, and managed through the Services.
Removal: You may remove shared content through the Services where that functionality exists, or by contacting us. Removal may not remove (a) copies that other users saved independently, such as screenshots, (b) reposts made outside our Services, or (c) temporary cached copies created as part of ordinary internet operations.
License and enforcement: To operate and improve the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, and display your User Content solely as needed to provide the Services, moderate content, enforce our rules, protect users and the platform, back up and secure the Services, and comply with law. This license ends when you delete your User Content, except to the extent we must retain it for legal, security, moderation, dispute, or backup-related reasons described in this Policy.
