Introducing Twice members!! Part 3.5 - Momo ⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊୨ᰔ୧₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹ Momo’s full name is Hirai Momo. She was on born November 9th, 1996 in Kyotanabe, Kyoto, Japan. Her positions in Twice are the main dancer and sub rapper. Her representative color is pink🩷 and her representative animal is a bear🐻 She was discovered by JYP through a dancing video consisting of both her and her old sister, Hana in 2012. Although both were invited to audition, only Momo got into JYP. She was eliminated in episode 6 in the survival show, Sixteen, due to her weak singing compared to other trainees. However, she brought back in to debut in Twice for her amazing dancing skills. On June 24th, 2016, she appeared in the survival show, Hit the Stage as a contestant, showing both the judges and viewers her dance skills. She was born on November 1st, 1995 in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Her positions in Twice are the lead vocalist. Her representative color is green💚 and her representative animal is a dog🐶 She originally failed to get into JYP as a child. However, she was later accepted into JYP in March 1st, 2010. On June 22nd, 2016, she was announced as the host of Inkigayo alongside her sister, Gong Seungyeon and actor Kim Minseok until January 22nd, 2017, where she won an award for “Newcomer.” On June 24th, 2026, she joined with the agency, VARO Entertainment and announced her departure from JYP on August 10th, 2026 while still a member of Twice.
