Breakfast idea that isn’t cereal or toast!! (I love me some sourdough toast tho) Yogurt bowl- Couple spoons of Greek yogurt (your preference) 2 fruits of your choice (I use raspberries/blueberries I alternate between the two and bananas) Granola (can have nuts or whatever in it, again your preference) Honey Maybe cinnamon or vanilla Whatever other add ins you want!!! This is just an idea guys. Obviously if you’re allergic to something don’t eat it. You could use other yogurts but I personally think Greek yogurt is better when you’re adding things into it! Hope this helps someone lol!!
